Memento uses PayPal for to accept payment for your orders.  You have the comfort of being secured with the following features:

Any information that you submit to Memento will not be sold or otherwise released to a third party.  All personal information collected during the shopping experience is used to fulfill your order or advise you of the status of your order.  If you have any concerns or questions please contact us via email or by phone: 770-778-3020.


Personalized and Made to Order Purchases


All personalized items and made-to-order products require payment in full upon order. Because these items are created to your specifications, Memento cannot accept returns of personalized or made-to-order items.


Each personalized and custom-designed product requires a different amount of time to produce before shipping.  PLEASE NOTE: We also offer RUSH orders, if needed (not available on all products). RUSH orders will be shipped within 3 Days (if available) with an additional charge of $10. You must notify Memento if you require a RUSH order.

Memento will ship your personalized purchases as quickly as possible. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order after it has been placed. If you need to cancel your orders please call us the same business day at 770-778-3020 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.


Attention:

The current order processing time is approximately 7 - 10 days.


Please check that the spelling and initial placements on monogrammed items are arranged as you would like them to appear on your items.
WE WILL NOT CHANGE THE POSITION OF THE INITIALS FROM THE WAY THEY APPEAR IN YOUR ORDER. THEY WILL BE STITCHED EXACTLY AS ORDERED.

Computer monitors can vary and colors may appear different in person.


Payment Options


Memento accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal. Since the majority of purchases from Memento are gifts, we never include the receipt with your order. A receipt is emailed to you immediately upon placing your order. If you need another copy of your receipt please contact us and we will email one to you.


Sales Tax


Memento collects 7% sales tax on products shipped to the residents of Georgia.


Gift Wrap


Memento offers gift wrapping service to our customer at a cost of $5.00. A few items are too large to wrap, but this is noted on the individual product page.


Returns and Exchanges


- Custom Items


All personalized items and made-to-order products require payment in full upon order. Because these items are created to your specifications, Memento cannot accept returns of personalized or made-to-order items.


- Non-Custom Items


Memento is happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on full-priced merchandise within 14 days from receipt of merchandise. Merchandise must be unused and in it's original condition. Sale merchandise is not returnable. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable unless the item was damaged during shipping. Re-shipping charges will be applied in the case of exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part. Please send returns to:

Include your name, address, email address, reason for return, order number (if you have it) and a request for either a refund or exchange. Refunds can only be credited back to the card used to make the original purchase. Within two weeks of receipt of your return we will process either your refund or store credit.  Information about how to redeem your store credit will be emailed to you.

Shipping and Delivery

Unless noted on the individual product page, all orders are shipped 7 - 10 days after you place your order.


Memento ships to locations within the United States and Canada.  US orders are shipped using Priority Post service.  Canadian orders are shipped using First Class Mail.  Shipping is an estimate and I try to be as accurate as possible and charge actual shipping. When the cost is more than charged I pay the difference. When the cost is less than charged by $1 or greater I will issue a refund. If you are not in North America please contact me and I would be happy to calculate the exact shipping to worldwide locations.

The exact same item may cost 5.00 to ship to one State but cost $8 or $11 to ship to another state that is further away. I try to put a shipping cost that is the average. I refund shipping when it is over by $1 or more. However when the shipping is set to $8 and it costs $11 I do not collect the extra amount. I do not want to set all of my items to the absolute furthest State as this would seem like I was over charging on shipping. You can read my feedback and see that I do refund shipping amounts and I am proud of the fact that Memento does not over charge on the cost of shipping items. Thank you

International Orders


Memento ships to all of the United States and Canada.  If you live in another location outside of the US or Canada, please email us for a custom quote for shipping.


Product Availability


Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items before we can update our website. If we do not have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will contact you via email. Because we do not charge your credit card until we ship your order, charges for out-of-stock items will not appear on your bill.


Order Status


Upon shipment of your order, you will be notified, and if applicable, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You may visit the USPS Tracking Page on their website to check the status of your delivery at any time.  Please consult the "Availability" section of the product pages for any custom and personalized items you may have purchased to estimate when you will receive your purchase.
